Excellent communication throughout the booking process coupled with superb service on the day. Our flight was delayed for an hour and we subsequently sat on the tarmac for a further 30 mins when arriving in Bristol. Tim was there within 5 mins of letting him know we’d claimed our luggage. A warm smile, a strong arm to lift our bags and a lovely clean and tidy Tesla. The ride home was smooth and, again Tim couldn’t have been more helpful carrying our luggage to the house. We received an amazingly professional and friendly service and I do fully recommend Tesla-rides for your next airport trip.
